Sell forward. Fund the buildout.
Sell capacity in advance to lock in revenue up front and maximize GPU utilization; idle hours can find buyers before the month starts. The order book shows demand at each delivery month, so GPU commitments are planned against orders already in hand. You set the price and the floor; delivery stays on your endpoints.
The price is your list rate, the posted per-1M output rate your months quote from; the floor is the deepest discount your curve may reach. Your series can carry their own curve parameters; the standard curve discounts 10% per 30 days to maturity, capped at 20%.
- Revenue committed at sale, not at usage
- Demand visible by delivery month
- Settlement handled by the market
What a listing is
A registry entry: your models with pinned per-1M metering rates, monthly series (contract months), rate caps and usage terms, resale consent, and your endpoint. Capacity rests on the public order book at curve prices; the RFQ (request-for-quote) desk brings you sized demand to quote directly. Buyers call an OpenAI-compatible endpoint and Touchmark’s router meters usage against the sold allocation at the pinned rates, routed to your upstream.
Business verification happens in-app before funds move. To get listed, enter the market and submit a listing, or write to contact@touchmark.ai.
